This session explores what is flourishing, why it is important in medical education and why now? We will consider the human dimension of clinical practice, compassion towards self and other and issues surrounding the concept of resilience.
Louise Younie is a GP and Clinical Reader in Medical Education at Queen Mary University of London involved in faculty development and innovation. She has extensive experience with creative enquiry methodologies in medical education for humanising medicine, enhancing practitioner development and human flourishing.
